THE tiles
I thought I’d publish the photo of the tile pattern for the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. It’s a bit horrifying that I haven’t until now, it’s the cornerstone of the look of all those rooms.

Kitchen layout obsession
I’m being driven MAD by the layout of the kitchen. I need a breakfast bar of some kind, and lots of bench space, but I want it to look good too.

Painted bricks, how depressing...
A while ago I investigated removing the paint off the bricks on the front of the house. I love love love red brick and am depressed that the side of the house has been so badly restored it had to be painted.
I did a mock up of the house with the nasty window awning removed and the paint removed as well.
